検証内容： 申請、承認、判断、証跡管理などを伴う業務におけるAI活用のあり方（自動化だけでなく、人間の承認や監査証跡を前提とした実務適用） Scope: how AI applies to work involving requests, approvals, judgment, and audit-trail management — practical use that assumes human approval and audit trails, not just automation.
進め方： 初期は大規模データやシステム連携を前提とせず、サンプルデータでのスモールスタートも可能です（検証範囲や期間は個別協議）。 Approach: no large-scale data or system integration required at first — a small start with sample data is possible (scope and duration discussed individually).
セキュリティ： 対象データやAI学習への利用有無などは、各社のセキュリティポリシーに基づき個別に合意します。 Security: use of your data and whether it feeds AI training are agreed individually, per your security policy.
パートナー企業： 業務課題・現行プロセスの共有、サンプルデータの提供、実務担当者によるフィードバック、効果検証への協力 Partner: share operational challenges and current processes, provide sample data, give practitioner feedback, and cooperate on impact validation.
On Technologies： 業務整理、AI活用可能性の検討、PoC設計、プロトタイプの提供、検証結果の分析 On Technologies: organize the workflows, assess AI feasibility, design the PoC, provide prototypes, and analyze validation results.

第1条（目的）
本規約は、当プロジェクトにおけるパートナーシップの条件、両者の権利義務などを定めるものです。本規約に同意いただくことで、正式にパートナーとしての検討プロセスが開始されます。
第2条（守秘義務）
パートナーは、本プロジェクトを通じて知り得た機密情報を、事前の書面による承諾なしに第三者に開示、漏洩してはなりません。この義務は、パートナーシップが終了した後も継続するものとします。
第3条（権利の帰属）
プロジェクトの遂行過程で生じた成果物に関する知的財産権は、別段の合意がない限り、プロジェクト主催者に帰属するものとします。
第4条（契約の解除）
一方が本規約に違反した場合、他方は直ちに契約を解除することができます。また、重大な過失や背信行為があった場合も同様とします。
第5条（反社会的勢力の排除）
双方は、自身が反社会的勢力に該当しないこと、および資金提供等を通じて反社会的勢力と関与していないことを表明し、保証します。
第6条（損害賠償）
本規約の違反により一方に損害が生じた場合、違反者はその損害を賠償する責任を負うものとします。
第7条（有効期間）
本規約の有効期間は、同意の日から1年間とします。ただし、期間満了の1ヶ月前までに双方から特段の申し出がない場合は、さらに1年間自動的に更新されるものとします。
第8条（協議事項）
本規約に定めのない事項、または本規約の解釈に疑義が生じた事項については、双方誠意をもって協議の上、解決するものとします。
第9条（管轄裁判所）
本規約に関する一切の紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
第10条（その他）
本規約の一部が法令に基づき無効と判断された場合であっても、その他の規定は引き続き完全に効力を有するものとします。

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms set out the conditions of the partnership in this project and the rights and obligations of both parties. By agreeing to these Terms, the formal partner-review process begins.
Article 2 (Confidentiality)
The Partner shall not disclose or leak to any third party any confidential information learned through this project without prior written consent. This obligation survives termination of the partnership.
Article 3 (Ownership of Rights)
Unless otherwise agreed, intellectual property rights in deliverables arising during the project belong to the project organizer.
Article 4 (Termination)
If either party breaches these Terms, the other party may terminate the agreement immediately. The same applies in cases of gross negligence or acts of bad faith.
Article 5 (Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces)
Both parties represent and warrant that they are not anti-social forces and are not involved with them, including through the provision of funds.
Article 6 (Damages)
If a breach of these Terms causes loss to a party, the breaching party shall be liable to compensate for that loss.
Article 7 (Term)
These Terms remain in effect for one year from the date of agreement. Unless either party gives notice at least one month before expiry, the term automatically renews for a further year.
Article 8 (Consultation)
Any matter not stipulated in these Terms, or any doubt as to their interpretation, shall be resolved through good-faith consultation between the parties.
Article 9 (Jurisdiction)
The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction of the first instance over any dispute relating to these Terms.
Article 10 (Miscellaneous)
Even if any part of these Terms is held invalid under law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
